We walked into the office after not seeing any suitable properties in the window, to leave our contact details on the off chance that something would come up, and the receptionist called Jessica to help us. We informed her what we were looking for and answered a few questions and Jessica said she would inform us if anything came up ( the normal response by the other agents we had spoke to ). But then had a call from her 2 days later saying she thought she had something suitable but it was still being built and not on the market, but was close to completion and could suit our time frame. After organising a few viewings as the building work progressed, we decided to go ahead with the purchase and Jessica enabled for us to move in under a rental license until the property settled which was a lifesaver as our previous house had sold very quickly and we were technically homeless at that point.
