After selecting Jessica to sell my property, I was immediately impressed with the efficiency and professionalism displayed in executing the various tasks required. After a number of inspections Jessica was able to present an offer to me which was then successfully negotiated by her up to the final sale price which exceeded my expectations. It wasn't until what happened next could I see the extent of her capability. Unfortunately, my property had sustained water damage from faulty plumbing in the unit above and it looked like the contract was going to be terminated. This was a disastrous predicament at the time as I had emotionally moved on from the property. Thankfully, Jessica worked tirelessly for 5 or 6 days communicating back and forth between the agents managing the unit above, the owners of the unit above, the buyer, the building inspector, the handyman, the body corporate, the tenant and myself in attempt to resolve this issue and she succeeded. Jessica did a fantastic job in a slow market, she had 2 opens a week, when after about 7 weeks without an offer i said i was happy to drop the price, i would expect any agent to jump at this for a quick sale, however she said lets wait one more week and she obtained an offer $2000.00 above the advertised price, well done Jess.
