Jessica displayed great knowledge of the Coorparoo Unit Real Estate Market. While I did not get the sale price that Jessica expected for the unit, we did secure a quick signed contract (7 days from the date the Unit was advertised) and I am happy with the overall result. She also understood what areas of our unit needed some refurbishment. As well as, other areas where investment in refurbishment would not either, increase sale price or get a quicker sale. Jessica also recommended a number of contractors to complete the renovations, and I was more than happy with work. Nothing was to much trouble for Jessica and she even came out to my residence to get the contract signed, when I could not get into the Space Office. In closing.
