Met Jim with his team and inspected our hobby farm. It was obvious that its character would appeal to a certain group of people, young family, interested in land and and especially horses. Photos and presentation to the public was varied and superb. Jim developed this through the open house with a keen sense of matching the vendor and the buyers ideas. Despite Covid he managed to exhibit the property and its attributes and left the home as though no one had been through. Immediately communicating with us and following up a few days later. Knowing it required a specific buyer took a little longer but Jim was industrious and positive. The net result was an excellent outcome on both parties expectations.
