We recently sold our place in Tecoma. Jim was easy to deal with, hard working and flexible. We were selling the property remotely (interstate) and were unable to travel to support the sale due to COVID. As a result, we were looking for an agent whom could be our eyes and ears on the ground and assist with the coordination of works associated with the sale. We were very pleased with how Jim took responsibility for planning and coordination of the works associated with the sale. Prior to going to market we had a number of meetings with Jim to discuss the sale strategy for the property. This collaborative process was great for aligning expectations and sharing knowledge. Jim was very patient and always considered our ideas whilst respectfully challenging these when appropriate. Once on market, Jim worked weekends and public holidays to ensure all groups were given a timely opportunity to inspect - with the inspection constraints associated with COVID this amounted to Jim spending almost 3 full days at the property showing groups through. This effort culminated in receipt of multiple offers within 1.5 weeks of the first open for inspection. Ultimately we achieved a result that exceeded our agreed target price along with a short settlement period. This was due in no small part to Jim's personal contribution to the sales process. Overall, we were very happy with the experience working with Jim and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others.
