Jim does an excellent job whether you are buying or selling. I have had the privilege of dealing with Jim both as Vendor and purchaser. Recently when I listed my investment property for sale, Jim inspected the property within a few hours after I had spoken to him and was confident in achieving a price well above my expectation in a depressed property market. Having had the property opened for over 4 weeks we had no one with keen interest in making an offer. On the fifth week an offer came through and with a bit more negotiations on price we were able to conclude the sale. The price achieved was within the upper range of what was quoted by Jim at the outset. I respect Jim's ethics and professionalism and moreover his knowledge of the property market in the area. I had around 12 houses on my list of inspections for the day. One every half hour. It was during an inspection of one of those houses (that didn’t quite suit me) that Jim asked me to describe what I was looking for. After a quick run-down of my “needs, wants, and likes”, Jim pondered for a moment, and then suggested I have a look at this house nearby at Central Avenue. I’ll be honest - I’d not seen it, so it wasn’t on my radar. Since I had a gap between inspections, I slotted it in. Within moments of walking through the front door, I knew this was it. Everything about this house was perfect. Jim had listened and knew exactly what I was looking for. There was only one problem. My house hadn’t sold yet. Jim was great. He talked me through a few different options, and never applied any pressure. My house sold soon after, so I was able to make an offer, which was acceptable.
