We have used Jim previously, and his knowledge and skills in real estate sets him apart from others. The other advantage in working with Jim is having access to all the Methven offices in the area - a much wider number of agents representing the sale. It is always a stressful time whilst waiting for finance to be approved after selling a property as until that time is completed and final approval given, you can't really move forward and start packing knowing that all is clear. In our case, this happened and after an extension of time, finance fell through which is no fault of the agent. Jim was already on the front foot and had contacted previously interested buyers before advising that finance may fall through and instead of having to go through the whole process of re-listing (which we definitely didn't want to do), Jim went to work and had a deal ready to go once the formal notification of finance failed was given and at the same sale price as we previously had which worked out to be a perfect substitute without conditions. The outcome had minimal impact on our sale (although a few sleepless nights) but really happy with the final outcome and hope the new purchases, enjoy the beautiful property they have purchased at Mount Evelyn.

This is the third property Jim has sold for me and I would not consider going to anyone else!
