Jim helped me with buying my current home 6 years ago and the thing I found was that he was willing to put in the time needed. He showed me houses I would never have considered but I needed the comparisons so that when the right one showed up it was easy to decide. No questions were too silly. He kept in touch over the years so when I was ready to sell I knew who to talk to. Again we met up a number of times before putting it on the market and Jims advice was honest and helpful. When I got cold feet he didn't push me to sell so that when I was ready, everything was already done and went smoothly. I had all the agents through with positive feedback, one open house which was really well attended by 13 or so groups and it was sold by the following week with 4 offers. Two were around asking price, one was good and one well above the asking price. Jim and his team managed a buying frenzy in a cooling market and I was the one who profited from it. I would recommend Jim in a heartbeat if you want the best on your side.
