What a great experience and outcome in a not so perfect environment with Melbourne being in full lockdown. From my 1st contact with Joan she said buyers are not backing away from online Auctions. We had a 4 week campaign and had people virtually inspecting the house daily in multiple numbers. The outcome was on Auction day we had a record number of registered bidders of over 60. Dexter the Auctioneer was outstanding as he always is and we got a great result from the hard work Joan had put in during the 4 week campaign. Joan & Harcourts are 10/10 in my books and would not hesitate in recommending them for the sale of my house.
