What an exceptional real estate agent! Jobe has gone above and beyond for us in selling our home. He has such a lovely and welcoming nature, that makes the whole process so much less stressful. At one point he even packed his blower in the car to clean the leaves for me as he knew I couldn't make it in time before the buyer wanted a walk through. From our first interaction with Jobe to our last, he and his wife were dedicated to selling our house. He appraised our home at a price we were more than happy with. He organised a great photographer/videographer who captured what our house really was. There was no fish eye lens over exaggerated photos, just a true representation of our house. Their communication was second to none, keeping us informed at every step. We had a contract on our house alot sooner than expected at the price we wanted. My wife and I couldn't recommend Jobe and his team highly enough.
