Offered the opportunity to be involved with a diverse range of sectors, customers and cultures (even picking up a smattering of Mandarin along the way), Jodie's time consulting to the real estate industry developed her passion for property ...and it's been her place ever since. On 24th March, 2018, we sold our home at 51A Wards Grove, Bentleigh East 3165. Our Real Estate Agency was Gary Peer & Associates and the selling campaign was managed by Jodie English of Gary Peer’s Bentleigh office. The remarkable auctioneer on the sale day was Gary Peer himself. We were extremely pleased with the manner in which the team conceived and managed our campaign. This team, led by Jodie, demonstrated a thorough understanding of the residential property market in general and the local market of our area in particular and resulted in the optimal price being achieved on auction day. Real Estate selling campaigns these competitive days require extraordinary attention to detail in order to maximize the price achieved for the vendors. Our campaign was managed with just such attention to detail with daily communications and updates the norm rather than the exception.
