Joe gave excellent advice, was available anytime and kept me up to date with the progress of my sale at all times. In the end, my property sold for an excellent price and I was very happy with the overall service and experience that I had. Thanks Joe!

Joe is a fantastic agent to deal with for real estate. Having dealt with many different agents over a year long period, Joe was the most communicative and genuine to do business with. During inspections, he conveys accurate information about vendor and market expectations in a friendly and professional manner to ensure potential buyers are comfortable in their purchase. This was combined with a good understanding of the property and surrounding market. Negotiation between the vendor and the buyer was fair and well handled and made this whole transaction a pleasure. Would recommend!
