As a first time seller Joel made me feel comfortable throughout the entire selling process. He set out a detailed campaign strategy that led to a sale in less than 2 weeks for a price I am very happy with! I would definitely recommend Joel & Singer Residential to anyone looking for an agent in the Sutherland Shire.

Joel is by far the most forthright and honest agent I’ve dealt with. I could tell he was trying to do right by the owner and negotiate fairly with us as the buyer at the same time. Everything felt above board and fair. Very happy with the whole process working with Joel.

Joel was always pleasant and easy to communicate with and had excellent knowledge of the local area and the current market. He and his business partner, Joshua Singer, led a great campaign which resulted in the sale of our house which exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend Joel!

I find Joel to be very professional and knowledgeable about the market. the bidding was a very long process, however his communication and follow up was excellent and he works to your needs every step of the way to make it a smooth transition. He was a delight to deal with and never too busy to answer my questions. I would strongly recommend engaging Joel for your next Sale or Purchase. All the Best Joel

Joel at singer realestate YOU ARE A LEGEND Sold our house in under 2 weeks and got us the price we really wanted What a great guy and company, small family owned business that achieves big things for their clients. What you see is what you get with Joel, doesn’t promise you the world only what he can deliver and he sure can deliver. Just a straight shooter and down to earth guy Couldn’t recommend Joel / Josh and the Singer company hIgher Thanks guys Shannon and Kat

We bought an apartment through Singer Residential. Joel was fantastic to deal with. Really nice guy and was very clear and concise in his communication with us during the negotiation and purchase process. Always responsive. We bought the property for purpose of investment and immediately had it leased out through Trisha at Singer. Again, Trisha was fantastic in her service and answered all our questions. Both Joel and Trisha helped to make what could have been a stressful exercise, seamless and stress-free. We would definitely recommend Singer.

I have known Joel Bethell since I bought my house in Engadine. He was the agent selling the property. I liked him from the start and trusted what he told me about the house and what needed doing . He is very knowledgeable about the market, the Shire and he listens to your needs and it’s just a comfortable process. I loved the house but it turns out it was too big of a yard for me and when I sold it, I wanted Joel to be the Agent . Now Joel was with Singer residential and I met Joshua Singer , another great Agent . They sold my house and I bought an investment property. Already tenanted with another agent however I wanted my business with Joel , Joshua and his wife Trish under Singer Residential. I didn’t have to worry about anything , they are trustworthy , personable and all great agents whether buying , selling or managing a property. I have since sold this investment property and of course Joel sold it for me . I knew he would get me the best price and he did . I have sought Joel out for all of my property dealings and have been very relaxed with the procedure. Joel is a great agent . A great family man and he does his best for both vendors and purchasers . He has a great reputation as a nice guy from his peers in Realestate . I can’t recommend him enough .

Joel (and Joshua Singer, who is a hands-on business owner) were fantastic from their initial inspection of the property, discussing options with me, keeping me informed of how much interest my property was getting and negotiating effectively. They were realistic while working hard to get me the best possible price. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Joel is professional and knowledgeable and he always kept me informed through out the process of selling. His help was valued and appreciated.

Joel has been a pleasure to deal with in the purchasing process. Refreshing to deal with a down to earth real estate agent.

Thank you Joel. Your advice, support and guidance ensured I was confident throughout the process of being a first time vendor. Your constant reports back about buyer interest and open houses kept me informed and together we discussed offers made and how to proceed. And the icing on the cake is that I got a very good price in a nervous market. Thank you

Joel was always punctual and organised working with Joshua, they are a fantastic team at Singer Residential. I recommend their services to guide the selling and purchasing of property smoothly, affordable and fantastic results. I wanted to support local business that looks out for you more like a family friend than a client.
