I have since sold this investment property and of course Joel sold it for me . I knew he would get me the best price and he did . I have sought Joel out for all of my property dealings and have been very relaxed with the procedure. Joel is a great agent . A great family man and he does his best for both vendors and purchasers . He has a great reputation as a nice guy from his peers in Realestate . I can’t recommend him enough .
