Joel handled our property during its recent sale. He kept in contact with us throughout the final stages of the sale handling multiple prospects and communicating with me whilst I was overseas when the sale closed! Would highly recommend Joel to anyone looking to put their place on the market!
Joel at all times displayed down to earth guidance and prompt answers to any query that we raised. Would be very happy to recommend Joel and the Singer team to assist anyone making a purchase or sale in the Shire.
Joel worked extremely hard and kept us updated throughout the whole process. He co-ordinated everything from start to finish and took the stress out of selling. He was available any time we needed him and very knowledgeable about the market and surrounding areas.
Joel is extremely professional, yet also makes you feel comfortable during the whole experience. He is honest and up front about everything, which is very hard to come by with real estate agents. Joel is personable and communicates everything clearly, with no confusion or concern. Has great knowledge of the surrounding community and knows exactly what the property has to offer. We had been looking on the market for a while and been on 4 online auctions prior, missing out each time. Had almost given up when we saw this amazing property and we got it! So happy with our experience and cannot wait to move into our forever home. Thank you Joel!
We are so impressed with Joel Bethell of Singer Residential, that this is the second time he’s sold a property for us. Joel and the Singer team gave us a personalised marketing strategy along with lots of tips on presenting the house for sale. Joel is very hard working, professional, honest & ethical with exceptional people skills. He communicated very well with buyers while also keeping us constantly informed. This helped us immediately address any issues that arose. Given the restrictions of the lockdown these traits were essential. His strong negotiation skills resulted in a top price that far exceeded our expectations. The outcome was both a happy seller and a happy buyer.
We were so thrilled to finally purchase our new home in Como after a long search. Thanks to Joel for his professionalism and keeping us informed through the process. Joel was always professional, and we found him to be open, honest and really responsive to any questions we had. Thanks Joel for making the buying process a little less stressful.
My Fiancé and I are so pleased with Joel. His market knowledge was esquisite & so helpful in finding our dream home. Joel has a high level of professionalism and was so easy to work with. He answered all our questions truthfully and was not overwhelming or intimidating like a lot of Agents we came across are. Joel made us feel like we were at home while we were at the open house, didn't ignore us or push us, Joel helped us envision what we could do with the home and our future. Joel made us feel so happy and positive! We highly recommend Joel whether you want to sell your home or find your dream home! Thanks Joel.
I appreciate the help and support during a quite stressful time of selling my family home. Joshua & Joel were always there to answer any question I had, they made me feel at ease and guided me through the whole process in a very professional friendly and caring way. I would high recommend Singer Residential - Thank you Joshua & Joel!
I first met Joel when I purchased a property and he was the realtor . I liked him immediately because he was not a pushy salesman. Recently Joel sold my home and he was great. I knew I could trust him because he is very personable and easy to communicate with. He negotiated a great price , always consulted me on everything and I was able to contact him day or night. Joel has extensive knowledge of realestate and the area with a great reputation amongst his peers. I would definitely use him again as he made me feel at ease when buying and selling . Thank you Joel !
Outstanding Realtor who is prepared to go above & beyond. Great communication, friendly & personable, however above all of that is very experienced & able to get the job done exceeding all expectations.
We were super lucky to buy our forever home through Joel for our family and were so pleased with all the knowledge Joel showed and how relatable he was. From the first open house to the last, Joel followed up on our progress the whole way, with honest feedback and excellent communication. Thanks Joel for making the process so easy!
Joel has been a fantastic agent throughout the entire process from the initial appraisal to the auction. He has worked relentlessly throughout the campaign and always keeping me up to date with feedback from the open homes. Joel is very professional but also very friendly. His skills took away a lot of the stress that normally comes with trying to sell a property. I would consider Joel's services again in the future if I need to buy or sell again.
