The long hard road to a sale, I was on that road with another agent i had a great unit up for sale but no takers, very frustrating when you live out of town and you're depending on the agent to get the sale for you, well that was me when out of the blue Joel Clifford called and left a message saying he had noticed that my unit had been on the market for awhile and that he would be able to get a sale for me, i gave him a call back and he did indeed seem genuine and keen to list the property , he had sound local knowledge of the area my unit was in so i thought I'd give him a go, lucky i made that call back as other agents had also called me promising the earth and i had my doubts if and when i would get a sale, I've now sold my unit, from get go Joel did as he promised, he wrote a great ad, listed my property and then worked hard with potential buyers to get the sale for me , he kept me updated each inspection and at the end of each week, he never once tried to talk me into drastically reducing the price so that he could get a quick sale and the commission that came with it, he worked and with me and for me his advice was sound, he is a good listener and was also avaliable and if i missed him when i called he always returned my call no matter what day it was. To conclude my selling experience through David Deane Real Estate met all of my expectations, as for Joel he exceeded them right from day 1 he was there and he was true to his word a trait that is sometimes hard to find in this day and age , thank you so much Joel i sincerely appreciate the work that you put into selling my unit i have no hesitation in recommending you to other potential property sellers.
