Joel is the type of agent one wants to sell a property. He rang me 12 months before my property went on the market and I said our property was not for sale, but may be next year 2016. In 2016 I received a call following up whether we were putting property on the market. He followed up on any legal twists i.e. signing before end of financial year and ramifications for tax purposes. He kept us up to date what was happening with our property and phoned us with any offers. He wanted to sell our property and we had a remarkable short term sale.
