Sold to the tenants - thousands saved in marketing!

Joel achieved an amazing result for everyone involved, by selling my investment property to the tenants! He demonstrated to me that a sale to them would save me thousands of dollars in preparing the property for sale and marketing. and then worked with them to help them with finance to buy their first ever property - a very creative and helpful approach, and everyone came out thrilled.
