I purchased the modest home on 5 acres at No. 5 Sagars Road, Dural in 1973 for a residence and to accommodate my horse and dog. I lived in it until the late seventies before being transferred to the country through my career. Initially I intended returning to the city in furtherance of my career, however recently I decided that I would remain in retirement at my farm near Lismore, hence I decided to sell that investment.
