Joel Green is the BEST!!! He RESCUED ME from a previous agent that I had foolishly appointed to sell my house. The Previous agent had done a lot of damage to the reputation of my house due to lack of knowledge of the area and prices and Joel had to go straight into damage control to fix the situation. After deposit was taken Joels behaviour from a senior agent was disgusting, rude and arrogant. We picked up keys after settlement and walked into a dirty house with alarm going off with no code to deactivate it.
