Joel is not your typical 9-5 real estate agent. If you've got buyers that can only look through your home on a Sunday, Joel is working on a Sunday. If there are contract negotiations going on at 9pm on a Friday, Joel is working at 9pm on a Friday. He worked tirelessly to sell our property from start to finish.
