From start to finish Joel was absolutely amazing to deal with. We missed the open home on Saturday and we emailed Joel late that afternoon to see if we could arrange an inspection the following morning before we headed back to NSW. Within 10mins we received a call back and he arranged us an inspection the following morning. After 3 long weeks of inspections you could see the effort Joel went into presenting his clients property and we fell in love with the propert straight away. He gave up his Sunday to accomodate us through the inspection and then waiting around for us to crunch our numbers and speak to our advisors before we signed the contract. Joel then rang us back and drove 50 minutes out of his way to close the deal with us late Sunday afternoon. Through the whole process he kept us up to date with everything we needed to know and helped us when ever we requested.
