Having both bought and sold properties with Joel as our agent, we could not have asked for a better experience. He is very honest, forthcoming with information and available. Anytime we had a question or wanted to discuss something, he always had time for us. In buying or selling, we never felt pressured or persuaded into anything, he always made sure we knew we were in complete control whilst giving us great guidance and information to help us make our decisions.
