Joel came highly recommended from within the industry. We were not disappointed with his communication, performance and easy going personality. From first meet Joel was personable and made us feel like long time friends. He managed and negotiated our sale with our interests in mind and we highly recommend his services.
Joel made the whole process pleasant and easy. We previously had our house with another agent and didn't get the results we were hoping for. Joel had it sold for the price we wanted within a week! We will be using Joel for all our real estate needs in the future!
We had three agents come through our house and Joel was a stand out for his professionalism and understanding of the market, especially in the Seven Hills area. Selling our first home was more stressful than we anticipated; but throughout the whole process Joel was great at communicating honestly, addressing all our questions and always being available to alleviate any concerns. We are very happy with the result. Our home sold above our expectations on the same day as our first open inspection. We would highly recommend Joel!
Our experience with Joel and the team at McGraths was very good. Their advice and knowledge of our area helped us to achieve a satisfactory price.
We had Joel from McGrath Estate Agent Parramatta for the sale of our property in Seven Hills. We were so happy with all the communication from Joel (calling and texting all the time). I would have no hesitation in recommending Joel for any sale. Our house was on the market for 2 weeks and sold on our second inspection with a price that we are very happy with. Thank you so much Joel.
Some detailed discussion & subsequent recommendation on why the last highest offer ahould be accepted by the seller seemed to be lacking. Instead seller was asked to decide within 2 hrs of receiving the offer. Seemed like seller was rushed to accept this offer without a detailed explanation why they should not have a 3rd week of Open House to wait for further offers.
Joel was always available and got us the amount we were hoping for very quickly - I work in a related industry that deals with agents regularly and have been extremely happy with his service and would definitely recommend him to my clients and friends.
The Mcgrath team was very professional in their performance in preparing advertising and the follow ups after each open house. We believe they maximised the sale price and provided us with excellent advice both before and throughout the campaign.
We interviewed 3 Real Estate Agents and chose Joel to assist us in selling Dad's house. We chose Joel to interview as he had recently sold a house near us and achieved a price for the seller far above what I would have expected the house to sell for. I asked the seller for the agents name and was given Joel's contact details. The seller also indicated that Joel had previously sold several properties for him. The seller used Joel because of Joel's current knowledge of market conditions, his integrity and honesty, his communication skills and his attention to the marketing of the properties. In relation to the sale of Dad's house we chose Joel because he displayed his superior knowledge of the current market, he was attentive, he explained things comprehensively and at a level we could understand and he answered questions knowledgably. During the selling campaign Joel produced excellent selling material, was prompt, turned up when he said he would, was informative to the prospective sellers, kept us informed at all times, was available to speak to at all times and showed his top notch negotiation skills by achieving a great selling price. Joel followed through after the sale to ensure the process was what we expected and to wish us the best in the future. If you want a honest, hardworking agent that will achieve great results for you then I highly recommend Joel Hollings from McGrath Real Estate. Steve BAKER
