Some detailed discussion & subsequent recommendation on why the last highest offer ahould be accepted by the seller seemed to be lacking. Instead seller was asked to decide within 2 hrs of receiving the offer. Seemed like seller was rushed to accept this offer without a detailed explanation why they should not have a 3rd week of Open House to wait for further offers.
