We had an excellent experience working with Joel. Our apartment was sold within just one week, attracting multiple bidders thanks to the strong marketing strategy and advertising that generated a lot of interest. Communication was outstanding throughout the entire process—clear, timely, and professional. I felt informed and supported every step of the way. Highly recommend Joel for anyone looking for a smooth and successful sale!

We found Joel was honest in his appraisal, easy to approach and answered all questions. Wealth of knowledge in this area and his experience was telling with our result

Joel Soldado is a consummate professional in the field of real estate sales. He goes above and beyond to achieve the best outcome and knows the market and the potential purchasers. We have no hesitation in recommending Joel.

I had a great experience with Joel from Harcourts. He exceeded our expectations on every front. Highly recommend.

We had a complex situation, change of details during settlement. Joel was so helpful throughout every step. He went above and beyond when he didn't need to, constantly. He helped everyone navigate a complex situation. Also, during the process of viewing the property, Joel wasn't in our face - which is unexpected in the real estate game. Thanks again, and strongly recommend.

Joel’s offsider Adam was great to deal with , always contactable , worked through some concerns with our vendor to get the best outcome for both parties.. Harcourts looked after the tenant with finding another property and by reports did an amazing job for him .. highly recommend the Harcourts team

Adam and Joel were very helpful when I was wanting to view the property. I really can’t complain about the whole process. Would definitely recommend.

Joel was fabulous- he is a great communicator and made us feel really comfortable at every stage of the process. He obviously has a wealth of experience to rely on, and this made the whole process go smoothly. We felt like he took care of everything, and we didn't have to worry.

This is the 2nd time we have worked with Joel to sell our house and it’s the 2nd time he has delivered above the mark. Could not recommend him and the Harcourts team enough!
