We couldn’t have asked for a better outcome. Sold after only 2 days on the market at a price higher than we expected. Joel’s knowledge and experience as an agent was exceptional and he kept us informed every step of the way. This is our second time using Joel as an agent to sell our properties and would hesitate to do so again. Can’t recommend high enough.
Joel delivered on all aspects of buying our new property, through his knowledge and experience of the area. We were particularly impressed how Joel professionally and fairly handled multiple buyers, whilst still looking after his client. We highly recommend Joel and want to thank him for all his efforts in us achieving a wonderful result.
Joel was representing the seller but always had time to answer my many questions.
Thanks Joel for selling my property when others didn't. After trying to sell previously and not getting interest anywhere near the target price, you got a sale, so thank you. Your service was prompt, efficient and effective. My only wish was for more pre-sale communication to help me understand progress and timelines. Thanks again and congratulations on the sale.
Excellent knowledge of the market, great advice and a really quick turnaround.
My recent experience with Adam and Joel was nothing short of awesome. Under trying circumstances both agents were truly the most helpful, honest and trustworthy agents that I have dealt with to date. Pre Christmas is a difficult time to navigate a purchase and both agents pulled out all stops to ensure they helped us achieve our dream home purchase! Thank you to both you were so caring, and genuinely happy for us throughout the entire process. Would recommend the straightforward honesty provided throughout all steps in the purchase process. Thanks again!
The sale of our property was approached with careful consideration and expertise. The experience was very professional. Joel was extremely knowledgeable and very easy to work with. Individual and personalised service. Great outcome! Highly recommend Joel and his team.
Joel was amazing to work with! He was trustworthy, professional, and genuinely considerate throughout the process. Thanks to him, I found my dream home. Highly recommend!
The agency, especially Adam Pearce, oversaw the purchase of a new property and the sale of my current property. Their marketing, settlement co-ordination and overall general assistance and availability were first rate. I would have no hesitation recommending Harcourts for any real estate transaction.
Joel is an exceptional real estate agent, combining a unique mix of expertise, integrity, and transparency. His strategic advice and open communication made the selling process smooth and stress-free, allowing me to make confident, informed decisions. I highly recommend Joel for anyone seeking outstanding results with a professional who genuinely cares.
Joel was invaluable through the entire sales process, from early advise on how to maximise sale value, to developing and executing an effective sale strategy. Thanks Joel's skill and hard work, we sold for a great price with the house on the market for less than two weeks. We couldn't recommend him and his team highly enough.
10/10 in every aspect. Exceptional communication and professionalism. Always willing to help out no matter what subject matter even after our purchase.
