Joel was helpful, friendly and professional, I couldn’t have asked for a better agent

Belinda & Joel made the selling process as seamless as possible. They are an absolute joy to work with and we couldn’t recommend them more highly.

When Joel had the best photos and even used a drone which I was very impressed.

Joel set an accurate expectation for the sale of our house. He was knowledgeable about the area, housing type and current market. We found him to be honest, trustworthy and he kept us up to date with all the information that was available.

We selected Joel to sell our parent's home at The Junction. Having dealt with Joel in the past and knowing him personally, we decided we would use him because of his honesty and dedication to his clients. He worked religiously selling the home as we had a deadline and was able to achieve a sale price we were happy with. We would recommend Joel to all vendors.

Joel & Belinda were very approachable and accessible to answer our enquiries. Their knowledge of the market was first class with Belinda maintaining contact with us at each stage of the purchase process.

Joel and his team are excellent, professional and understanding. They were very helpful when it was needed. Joel kept the lines of communication open, and I appreciated that.

Adam was incredible! Dealt with him during the purchase of our home and he was so kind and caring we couldn’t of been happier

I have recently purchased a home with Joel & Adam. Felt supported throughout the process. Both were honest & transparent. I would highly recommend Joel Soldado @ Harcourts Newcastle.

Joel was so helpful and patient through the whole process. I felt like he was open and honest, and great at communicating the whole way through. I'd choose him again if given the chance!

Joel and his team new exactly how to market our property. He is extremely enthusiastic very professional and knowledgeable. Joel stepped us through the whole process and achieved an amazing result.

Thank you Joel for the outstanding result in selling my home in Estell Street. You offered expert advice and guided me with the off market sale. You provided honest feedback and also gave me the professional advice if we didn't achieve an off market sale what the next step would be. You got the result and achieved the price I wanted and pushed the buyer to go further and offer an even higher price. Thank you again for making the process smooth and hassle free. I would definitely recommend Harcourts and Joel to anyone looking to sell in the Maryville, inner city area. Regards, David.
