After consideration I selected Harcourts on several grounds including recommendations of friends, past experience, presence in the marketplace and face-to-face interview and negotiation. Friends would probably describe me as "picky" where I may claim "focused" and even being focused, or picky, the experience was professional including the estimate of sell price, won some, lost some. Like many sales of your "home" it had its challenges that needed "steerage" of both the eventual buyer and to a lesser extent the seller (me) by the selling agent (Joel Soldado). It would be remiss of me not to mention his first class team of Belinda & Adam. The true test is would I use the Hardcourt agency again and the answer is I just acquired a replacement property and Harcourts again delivered for me.
