Working with Johanna from Biggin Scott was an absolute pleasure. She went above and beyond what I expected and we were extremely pleased with the way things were handled. Working on Sundays and after hours to get the sale done was what she did and we thank her for it . Thanks Jo for everything.
Made life very easy for us as first home buyers, felt comfortable and well informed throughout the whole process. Clear communication skills assisted us.
Just a few simple observations 1. Very friendly and helpful service, 2. Always on time, 3. Very effective
Jo was great to deal with - she made herself available for a extra viewing for my wife at short notice and gave a true/indicative price range she thought the property would sell for. Overall the process was very straight forward which was what I was looking for given it is the first time I have purchased a property at auction. Thanks John
I found Johanna to be very professional, approachable, honest and thorough. She provided good advice when we were preparing the property for auction and she kept me informed as to what had happened after each open for inspection. Johanna followed up promptly on my requests and coordinated any action that was necessary .
Johanna assisted us with the sale of our Cremorne investment property. Johanna is a highly professional and organised agent, providing timely and invaluable advice before, during & after the sale process. Johanna managed a faultless and ultimately successful campaign for which we are extremely grateful. We look forward to working with Johanna again on our next project. Highly recommended!
Johanna was professional , extremely helpful and I would strongly recommend her to anyone who was selling or buying
Johanna was involved in the sale of my property from start to finish. She kept me up to date on everyghing yhat was happening. Her communication was outstanding. Her presentation was excellent.
We were very happy with the end result of the auction. We found dealing with the agents handling 2 Francis Street, could not have been better. We were extremely satisfied with how we had all things explained clearly to us.
