We had the absolute pleasure of dealing with John all the way from NZ. We needed to sell our Melbourne property but couldn't be there to manage it because of Covid travel restrictions. John was absolutely amazing at handling every tiny detail for us, from dealing with tenants, organizing repairs and cleaning, to staging the house and organizing the photography and marketing. John was very honest with us about how the market was going and kept us updated regularly through the whole process. And, on top of all this, got us a much better price than we thought we would get.
