John was the selling agent for a property I recently purchased at auction. He was very diligent in following up after my first inspection with phone calls and arranging further inspections. He was generous with his time and advice to me as a first home buyer (and presumably also with many other interested buyers at the same time), so I would certainly seek to use his services if I need to sell the property in future.
John explained everything in detail and kept us informed every step of the way. He advised on everything from timing to presentation of the home. John provided feedback after every home open so we were able to make sure the house was appealing to all buyers. He had an appreciation for our circumstances and worked around the needs of the family so we could get a good sale with minimum disruption to routine.
Our experience with John was exceptional. His knowledge of the area, attendance and availability was comforting in a what was a stressful time for us not having the knowledge of what to expect in a sale of our house.
We sold our property in Yarraville with John recently, however that was just the most recent involvement with him. John has kept in contact since buying the property seven years ago, occassionally calling up to check in and for a chat. Over this time he's built up a lot of trust, so naturally we wanted to sell with him. The excellent experience with John continued throughout the sales process. He was extremely knowledgeable and guided us through the sales process which was a first for us. His integrity and honesty really stood out and complemented his proactive approach to selling the property. He was dependable throughout and handled negotiations with purchases very well, achieving a brilliant result during a difficult period with covid restrictions. Credit to John, he's a fantastic agent. I would absolutely sell my next property with him and highly recommend him.
Of course it starts with a fabulous sale price, which is the joint result of both the property and the selected real estate agent. John is an absolutely fabulous agent who loves his job, and I think genuinely loves helping people, both vendors and purchasers alike. His knowledge of the property market is extensive and his ability to convey a message with simplicity and clarity is phenomenal. No hype, no smoke and mirrors, just straight down the line, genuine honesty. I cannot rate John highly enough and would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him to other vendors seeking to get the absolute best price for their property.
