John has helped to communicate with the right team to answer all my question in this property. Also showed great support during and after the transaction to accommodate a few inspection requests. Wuth very speedy response on my questions and emails. Its a very pleasant experience dealing with John in the purchase of this property. I highly recommend him.

I've been in other agent on selling my property and it takes ages like 4 months roughly with a low numbers of viewers and ended up on low offers so I decided to switch agent and came across with John Grima , from day one he was very hands on with a professional approach and very good knowledge on the market trend . He manage to bring a large group of potential buyers on the first open home and lock the deal with the buyer. And the transition came out smooth Can't be happier than this .
