More recently John has grown a passion for project marketing, including new estates and townhouse developments and has a very keen interest in marketing in general, particularly how to best present a property to achieve optimum enquiry/interest.
I love this industry and this region, that’s why I’ve stuck with it so long, through the ups and downs – it really can be ‘survival of the fittest’. I have great faith in the further potential of the hinterland towns of Beerwah, Glass House and Landsborough to grow and flourish. These are wonderful, family friendly communities; great places to raise a family and retire – we have all the necessary amenities here, and the beach is only 20 minutes away; it’s the best of both worlds.
A fully licensed Property Auctioneer, John also freely gives his time as Auctioneer at local charity events, and is a committee member of Glasshouse Country Care. His hobbies include self-improvement, exercise and he’s a keen sailor.
