Dan is very outgoing and is extremely good at knowing how to build up a great list of pre-qualified buyers to show your property to. He knows his buyers well and is great at communicating what their needs are and alignment with how my house fit in towards that. This way it’s not just about a quick sell, but rather is about connecting the right family to the right home quickly from the properties they list and sell. 3. Marketing. I can’t believe just how emotional I got when I saw the video they made and shared with me. I kept saying “is that my home?” After years of living somewhere it just becomes second nature, but seeing how well they advertise and promote things is truely amazing.
