John was very good at providing the post inspection feedback and suggestions as to where we might eventually end up in price. John seem to have a very good judgement of the potential buyers in terms of whether they would purchase or not.
John was calm and confident throughout my selling experience. In particular, when I was beginning to feel the pressure of fast approaching deadlines, John calmed me down, kept working hard on my behalf and ultimately achieved everything I required well before the deadlines passed. His communications were always clear and he gave me plenty of time to prepare. You could really tell he had my best interests constantly in mind.
John on review of my property was confident in the range of price given. From his review I was happy with the lower end of the estimate range however he exceeded the minimum and I received more. I could not be happier.

I have worked with John as both a buyer and now twice as a vendor. I believe what sets him apart from other agents is primarily his communication skills. It may sound simple but just his commitment to answer a call or return one asap is appreciated and I've found when dealing with other agents this trait is surprisingly not very common. As a vendor I want to be confident that my agent is accessible to potential purchasers and I have that confidence with John and his team. In terms of results he delivered two written offers above our expectations within a week of putting our first house on the market. The second time we sold with him, being last month he again delivered with three written offers inside of a week, again all above our expectations. You can't ask for more than that.
