John has been nothing short of a saint when it came to the sale of my mother's estate. He was friendly and welcoming from the beginning, would check in often and always kept me up to date on progress. His professionalism is outstanding, and he always made me feel like I was working with a human, not a corporation. John was always honest and realistic and upfront with expectations. He has been incredible and patient while we work through the probate process, which has been stressful enough without other companies pressuring for a sale whilst waiting for soliciters and courts to do what they need to.
