John Lewis

I was kept well informed every step of the way. John was well across the market conditions and assisted me with that understanding. With the recent run of rate rises it was a difficult time to be selling, but John and the team remained positive and negotiated a sale price I was very happy with.

John provided good advice on the preparation and presentation of our home prior to the board going up. From the first inspection we had multiple people through the door, wright up to the signing of a contract. He kept us up to date with the feedback from potential purchasers, and contacted us several times a week with where we were heading. Nothing was to much trouble, great to deal with down to earth people. House was sold in 3 weeks and happy with the result. No problem recommending John and his team.

John is an area specialist and comes highly recommended.

Updates on open days and weekly updates. just a great experience

John was so fantastic to deal with from start to finish. The selling experience completely exceeded my expectations. He was able to engage a buyer without the property being advertised, saving advertising costs and time. John was very experienced, professional, very kind and highly efficient. I would highly recommend John as your agent when selling and in fact, the whole team at Us realestate is fantastic. Special mention to Tamika, who has been the best property manager anyone can ask for! They are a credit to their profession! Thank you so much again!

John was a pleasure to deal with in the sale of our property. His local knowledge helped guide us in making the best decisions for our circumstances. He kept us updated every step of the way and was always happy to answer any questions we had. I would absolutely recommend John and Us Real Estate.
