It happened quickly! We originally considered the property on-line, liked the location and the floorplan but it was a bit overpriced. when it reappeared with a price reduction my wife and I were interested in inspecting along with a couple of other houses in Mt Eliza. After arranging a time we met John who was enthusiastic, had good knowledge of the area and was able to point out the quality features of the house to us. My wife and I were quite impressed with what the house had to offer and visited John in their offices to make an offer. Predictably initial offer was rejected and after increasing it marginally and including a longer settlement John did some negotiating with owners and came back to us the same day with advice we were successful. I am sure that John had to work hard with owners to convince them of the merit of the offer but he came through!
We dealt mostly with John, but have been very satisfied with the service provided by Impact Reality in general. Responses were prompt and helpful. We only applied to view one property via virtual inspection, and while there were a few technical issues initially, we were able to glean enough information to feel confident in placing a bid. The team have since been very friendly and supportive since our purchase.
