There was an issue with non council approved patio. Perhaps this could have been addressed at the initial discussion, however when it came to light, John acted quickly to ensure that the transaction continued and settlement was achieved in terms of the O&A. I would have no issue in recommending John. He acted professionally at all times, was punctual (allowing for the fact that we live in Bunbury) and kept both the vendor & purchaser updated at all time.

Real Estate agents along with some other professions may be people you are not sure of. I know I am always questioning anyone who I need to do a job. I can honestly say John was upfront, honest, transparent and did absolutely anything to do the right thing by me, the seller. We got the job done at the end, sold the property and achieved a great result. But John also showed me that there is at least one person you can honestly count on to be a good old fashioned hard worker and honest man.
