John was really helpful and communicated clearly during the viewing of the house as well as prior to the purchase of my new home. His explanation gave me a clear understanding as I was a first home buyer.

I first communicated with John when we had our property on sale and I was acting as an agent for myself. We were again thinking about our property and possibly renting it out. Financial circumstances changed in the financial market and when I talked to my wife we decided to try and drop our price and employ an agent that could work with us and anticipate market movement, but more importantly still realise the integral value of our "rental property" . I spoke to John again at what most agents would consider to be an inappropriate time of the evening. This was a one to one chat with John, that I am sure would have made most real estate agents run.
