It was a difficult task to sell our investment property with un-cooperative and untidy tenants, however John took dealing with these tenants in his stride. John is very professional and listened to our requirements and followed all our instructions resulting in a quick sale along with a fast settlement. We are however upset to see photos of 19 Mott Cr. taken by you ,with our belongings & furniture being used by the purchasers to rent out rooms several of our friends have brought the fact to our attention.
