John was great to work throughout this campaign. Selling a family home of over 30 years is one of the hardest things I've had to do. John was very understanding of the family while the whole time doing his utmost to attract buyers to the property. Always suggestive of the best way to move forward but never forceful. At no time leading up to and the day of the auction did John place any undue pressure on me to reconsider the reserve price.
