When I first met John, it was obvious that his nature was not as aggressive and confronting as some of the other agents that I had met to assist with the sale of my Wolli Creek property. I had some concerns that he was not a local agent, and that he was not promising the outcome that others were. My gut feel was to go with John, as I believed he was more genuine. I was very impressed with how he involved us in the whole process, from the marketing through to the sale. Initially - two days after listing - we received a very low offer (well below our expectations), and had an uneasy feeling about where the sale price may land. John reassured us that he would facilitate a process where we remained in control and there was no pressure to accept an offer. Just over a week from listing we had an interested buyer who started with an offer slightly lower than what we were hoping for.
