When I first met John, it was obvious that his nature was not as aggressive and confronting as some of the other agents that I had met to assist with the sale of my Wolli Creek property. I had some concerns that he was not a local agent, and that he was not promising the outcome that others were. My gut feel was to go with John, as I believed he was more genuine. I was very impressed with how he involved us in the whole process, from the marketing through to the sale. Initially - two days after listing - we received a very low offer (well below our expectations), and had an uneasy feeling about where the sale price may land. John is an enthusiastic and professional estate agent. He has an extensive knowledge of the market which in realistic terms meant he was able to promote my property through relevant advertising to the most appropriate demographic.
