John sold my friends unit, I went along to the auction and decided right then and there that he was going to sell our house. Much to the disappointment of the six other real estate agents competing for the job. From the initial meeting right through to the auction day, John displayed a professionalism at a level that was far above any that we have ever experienced before in past real estate dealings. Opinions and indications of possible selling price were sought from other leading local estate agents as this wasn't an area that we were familiar with and we decided that John was the agent that was the most competent to market the property. Auction Day came and John had arranged for a mobile coffee van to be on site to cater for the large attendance that he anticipated, he wasn't wrong as a crowd of over 100 turned up on the day. The price achieved on the day was nearly $60,000 above what another local agent had said would be top dollar. As stated earlier, due to our non familiarity of this area and market, we were guided by John all the way through and were extremely happy with the whole process.
