From the first meeting 4 years ago for your appraisal on the unit, you were brief, direct, punctual, enthusiastic and very professional. Keeping in touch through fliers etc. became a "connection" over the next few years - of course a professional advertising tact !!!! to keep you on my mind !!! but not in my face and it worked !.
