We came to John because after 8 weeks of being on the market with another top notch agent, we still did not have a sale. After having researched our options, we chose John because of his track record and knowledge / experience in the Pyrmont market. What we loved most about John is that he "walked the talk." So many real estate agents spend most of their time buttering up their clients; presenting them with impressive looking-data and long-winded feedback. Truth is, all this means nothing if it's doesn't yield results! John on the other hand was extremely hands-on. His time was largely spent focused on his buyers and on getting us a result, which is exactly where it should be (especially in a cold market!) He was at every open home and gave us the concise information we needed to know afterwards. His selling strategy was different to all the other agents; and very smart. And although we didn't quite get the price we had hoped for; his strategy worked, and we still got a decent offer on the very last day of the campaign.
