We came to John because after 8 weeks of being on the market with another top notch agent, we still did not have a sale. After having researched our options, we chose John because of his track record and knowledge / experience in the Pyrmont market. What we loved most about John is that he "walked the talk." So many real estate agents spend most of their time buttering up their clients; presenting them with impressive looking-data and long-winded feedback. Truth is, all this means nothing if it's doesn't yield results! John on the other hand was extremely hands-on. His time was largely spent focused on his buyers and on getting us a result, which is exactly where it should be (especially in a cold market!)
