John is a friendly guy and was attentive and responsive to our questions. He communicated clearly, so we knew where we stood. He also has a great knowledge of the Pyrmont area and surrounds. All of this made the property purchase process easy and efficient.

Unfortunately, John oversold his abilities, over promised what he could get us and ended up underselling our property for almost $50k (compared to similar properties sold in the complex at the same time, almost $100k under what he evaluated our property to be worth). He also held very long meetings that would go for over an hour but not really tell you anything informative - he would just waffle on and never really get to the point. He would also spend a long time explaining a problem but not really providing any solutions. I would not go with him again.
