We viewed a few properties which John had listed and I can say that John is a great agent whom I'd highly recommend. John has a lot of industry and market experience and knowledge. He was able to guide us through the past and current market trends which included the COVID-19 environment. He has a lot of experience and knowledge within the Pyrmont and Ultimo areas and John has done his research on each of the building's history. In addition, because John has so many years worth of experience, he was also able to guide us on certain aspects of the contract agreement, by-laws, strata reports etc. Any questions we had, John would answer straight away and each time we requested an additional viewing outside of the inspection times, John was more than happy to accommodate.
