Jordan Penny

Hi, Belle Property people, namely Jordan Penny...! I can only assume Shayne Harris was involved in the sale of our house in Butterfield Street, Thornleigh. But I (and my wife) have never met this person... And though honourable Shayne might be (and probably is), I can only base my opinion on how well Jordan Penny handled this sale. I was very impressed with Jordan's performance. All the way along both my wife and I were very pleased with Jordan's very positive attitude, his friendliness, and personal approach. I was also impressed how he reported back promptly after every "Open House", and each time there were any new developments in the sales process of our property. In the end I was pleased with the price that was achieved, and that was, perhaps, because of Jordan's skills...?

Jordan was extremely helpful during the entire process from the first open home up to settlement. He was friendly, kind and full of knowledge.

Jordan was always communicative. He gave me reassurance when sale to longer due to unforeseen circumstances. I always felt he was 100% working for my best interest.

Jordan was a pleasure to deal with. Another problems or questions I had was answered promptly and honestly. Will be happy to deal with him, again, in the future.

Jordan was just lovely. He is responsive, gets back to my queries quickly and honest in his feedback.

Jordan was amazing throughout the process. He kept me up to date with everything that was going on, provided me professional feedback and advise which helped me with my decisions. Jordan made the sale extremely easy!
